We find the product and get it shipped

Tell us what you need and where it has to go. We look for it, speak to the supplier, and take care of the shipment from the paperwork through to delivery. You get the details from us before we agree anything.

What people ask us to do

Usually it is two jobs that land on the same person. First, find the product. Then get it shipped. We take those on for other people. Some enquiries are only the sourcing. Some are only a shipment of goods the client already has. A lot of them are both, which is simpler, because the supplier and the freight are then part of the same conversation.

Sourcing

Send the product and the quantity. We look for someone who has it and come back to you with what is available and on what terms. If it is not what you described, we will tell you, rather than quietly offering something else.

Shipment

Send what is moving and where it has to be. We prepare the documents, book the freight, and follow the goods through to delivery. That might be product we have just found for you, or cargo that is already yours.

How an enquiry goes

We show you the terms before we commit to a supplier or book any freight.

  1. 01

    You write

The product, how many, where they should come from if you already know, where they need to go, and when. Rough is fine. We will ask if something important is missing.

  2. 02

    We write back

Whether we can do it, and how. If there is a shipment, the reply covers the documents, the freight booking, and delivery.

  3. 03

    You decide

Happy with it, we proceed. If you want a change, say so then. We wait for that before we go further.

  4. 04

    We get on with it

We deal with the supplier, and we look after the shipment until the goods are delivered on the terms you agreed.

The emails we can actually use

Examples of how to write, not messages from clients.

  • I need this product, this many, and I need it delivered next month.
  • The goods are packed and ready. Can you ship them from here to here.
  • Can you find it and arrange the shipment, so I am not running both.
  • I have the specification but no supplier. Can you find one and send me the terms.
  • The supplier has confirmed the order. I need the documents, freight, and delivery arranged.
  • I know roughly what I need, but I am not sure what details a supplier will ask for.

Send what you have

If you know the product and where it has to go, that is enough to start. Email info@eteq.uk and we will tell you if we can take it on.
